So you’ve been waiting for Pokémon to show up on the App Store, but we all know that’s not going to happen anytime soon. Nevertheless, you should know there’s a way to play Pokémon on Apple’s devices. Developer Riida has recently created its own monster game which happens to look strikingly similar to Pokémon… I mean, if you look at the screenshot on top, you could definitely confuse it for a Pokémon game.
Here’s the game’s description taken directly from the App Store:
“Become a master of monsters who captures and trains monsters to battle the others.
Hatch different monsters with different skills and abilities. Make a battle team with your own style. Challenge your friends in Game Center in real time and earn rewards!”
Among other features, the iOS title lets you capture and train monsters in order to become “a master of monsters.” For those of you who are interested in downloading the game, Little Masters is available on the App Store. It’s worth pointing out that Little Masters is a free-to-play title so it uses micro-transactions as currency.
And to be completely honest, I don’t know how I managed to finish this article without using the words rip-off, clone or knockoff…
