For the uninitiated, Sine Mora is a side scrolling shoot ‘em up developed by Digital Reality in collaboration with Grasshopper Manufacture (Killer7, No More Heroes, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, Shadows of the Damned.) Although originally released exclusively on the Xbox 360 (through Xbox Live Arcade,) Sine Mora is making its way to the PC next week. Yep, this critically acclaimed 2.5D shooter is coming to Steam and other services on November 9th.
But what’s this game about? In Sine Mora, the player controls an airplane while attacking oncoming enemies. While this description may sound too generic, fear not since there’s one particular aspect of the game that make it stand out above the rest: its graphics. The appealing visuals feature a 2.5D gameplay in a 3D rendered world, allowing for some interesting camera transitions that take place during the various cutscenes to provide a unique view of the action.
In addition to the PC version, Sine Mora is also coming to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, though a release date hasn’t been confirmed as of this writing. The PC version of the shooter will be published by Kalypso Media Digital.
