Crash ‘n the Boys: Street Challenge (also known as one of the best NES games ever made, at least by me…) might be coming to the Wii U Virtual Console, an Australian Classification rating suggests. The game was developed by Technos Japan, the company behind the Kunio-kun series (River City Ransom and Super Dodge Ball.)
For the uninitiated, the 1992 sports game features Olympic style competitions, but with some ludicrous rules. 400 meters hurdles, hammer throw, swimming and jumping from rooftops are some of the contests included.
It’s worth pointing out that Crash ‘n the Boys was released on the Wii Virtual Console in 2009. Hopefully, the over-the-top sports game will come out on the Wii U really soon.
