Dustforce’s Caretaker Cleans the Floors of the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Vita in January

A few days ago, Capcom announced that Hitbox Dream’s side-scrolling platformer Dustforce is coming to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Vita this January.

Originally released for the PC in 2012, Dustforce puts you in the shoes of an acrobatic janitor who has the difficult task of saving the world. The concept behind the platformer is simple enough: in order to save the world, you need to mop. So you learn “Custodial Arts” which let you perform chain attacks, bounce off walls, air-dash and so on.

The console versions will feature trophies/achievements support and online leaderboards. Additionally, the PlayStation 3/Vita version will come with cross-play/cross-save functionality, as well as ad-hoc support for the Vita and replay saves for the PS3.

Dustforce will sweep the floors of your Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Vita this January for $9.99.
