GOG Let’s You Return Games You Can’t Play

DRM-free digital distribution service GOG has introduced a program called “Worldwide Money Back Guarantee.” Basically, this means that if you buy a game on GOG and run into technical issues or game-breaking bugs, you have 30 days to return it to GOG for your money back. It’s worth pointing out that this program also works if you bought a game and immediately regretted the decision, so as long as you haven’t downloaded the game, you can return it for a full refund. Nevertheless, if this is the case, you have 14 days to return it instead of 30.

The Money Back Guarantee program applies to the entire catalog of PC and Mac titles and all countries are eligible, so no matter where you live, you’re entitled to a refund.
