Gone Home, Fullbright Company’s first-person exploration game, is being remade with a 16-bit Japanese role-playing game style. More importantly, developer Seth Macy announced via Twitter that he has received The Fullbright Company’s blessing to work on the remake.
Gone Home is an adventure game where Kaitlin Greenbriar explores her new home to find out details about her family after spending a semester studying in another country.
Macy is using RPG Maker to remake the 16-bit version of Gone Home, so that’s why it looks remarkably similar to indie titles such as To the Moon. That’s a good thing because I really like To the Moon.
