Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army (and the award for longest name for a video game goes to…) comes out on PSN this week as a PlayStation 2 Classic, the PlayStation Blog has confirmed.
For the uninitiated, action role-playing game Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army is the third entry in the Devil Summoner series, which is also part of the Shin Megami Tensei series. Unlike most titles in the franchise, the game’s set in the past (in the year 1931 to be more precise) and features action-based combat.
Fusion between demons is still a prominent part of the game and there’s a New Game Plus option that unlocks once you’ve finished the game. New Game Plus mode has a harder difficulty, the possibility of carrying over your shop rank, infinite ammunition and new side-quests.
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army will be available on PSN this Tuesday when the digital distribution service is updated.
