The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Gets New Trailer, Release Date and Versions Detailed

As part of CD Projekt RED’s Summer Conference the company revealed more details about one of the most anticipated games: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The action role-playing game received a new trailer (which is embedded above) and a release date. The Witcher 3 is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on February 24th, 2015 and it’ll come in three versions: a Retail Edition, Collector’s Edition and Digital Edition. The Retail Edition features:

  • A Blu-ray Disc with the game (DVD on PC)
  • A CD with the soundtrack
  • The official “Witcher Universe – The Compendium”
  • A detailed map of the in-game world
  • Stickers
  • A protective sleeve

The Collector’s Edition features:

  • All the contents from the standard edition
  • A 33x24x26 cm (10”), 100% hand painted, Polystone figure of Geralt battling a Griffin
  • A Witcher medallion
  • A SteelBook box
  • A two-hundred-page artbook
  • Collector’s Boxes
