Platformer Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse is now available on the North American eShop for the Nintendo Wii U, developer Wayforward Technologies has announced.
For those unfamiliar, this is the third entry in the Shantae series, after Shantae for the Game Boy Color and Shantae: Risky’s Revenge for the Nintendo DSi. The Wii U version of the games features Off-TV play, Classic Controller Pro and Wii U Pro Controller support, unlockable modes and multiple endings.
The Nintendo 3DS version of the game has been out for quite some time, but this is the first time that Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse comes out for the Wii U. The latter version came out in Christmas and costs $19.99.
