Streaming game service PlayStation Now is coming to the PS4 on January 13th in US and Canada, the PlayStation Blog has announced in a recent post. Although the service has been available for quite some time as a beta, this is the first time that people will be able to subscribe long-term.
PlayStation Now offers access to a catalog of over 100 PlayStation 3 games and the novelty about it is that this is a streaming service, so you don’t have to download patches, clients or any other files. When PlayStation Now launches there will be two subscription plans: $19.99 per month or $44.99 for three months and this means unlimited access to the library of games.
As soon as the service is available for everyone, you’ll be able to check it out for free, since there will be a free seven-day trial. For more information about how PlayStation Now works, the list of games available or to check out the devices that are compatible, visit the official website.
