PlayStation Plus members who own a PS4 will be able to download a copy of survival horror Outlast for free this February, developer Red Barrels Games announced on Facebook.
Originally released in September 2013 for the PC, Outlast is a first-person survival horror game set in an insane asylum. In the game, you assume the role of Miles Upshur, a freelance journalist who goes to the psychiatric hospital to expose government secrets.
Outlast will receive downloadable content in the near future. The add-on (called Whistleblower) will serve as a prequel where players will control a new character. The character is the anonymous tipster who informed Miles of the horrible events that were taking place at the asylum.
